I find it so exciting to plan my bullet journal during the summer. From the simplest to the most complicated designs, there are truly a lot of fun summer themes to choose from. Last year, I created the classic pineapple for June and retro pastel for July, but for this year, I decided to add a splash of fresh colors in my journal. Without further ado, here is my July 2020, fruity summer bullet journal theme.

Table of Contents
Cover Page
For the past few months, I’ve been trying to make my theme as simple as possible. To make my process easier, I use stickers and washi tapes. These are the best solution to add stunning details without the hassle. It’s seriously life-changing. (HAHA)
This cover page is inspired by fruit kebabs, I love the different colors and shapes in this spread. So fresh!
Monthly Spread
For this spread, I added more summer doodles and colors. To make the most out of the page, I created a big section for my monthly goals and of course a cute little calendar on top.
Weekly Spreads
I like to create simple and artsy weekly spreads. The trick to this is to use basic shapes with doodles or colorful elements on the side.
Trust me, a pop of color will make a huge difference on your spreads!
One simple way of adding designs is by incorporating stickers. Try to use stickers with complimenting colors to achieve a more cohesive spread.
And of course, if you want to keep it simple, you can just add a border or small little touches on the side.
Summer Spread Ideas
Here are more spread ideas that I included in my journal this month.
Quote Spread
I like to add a quote spread for my monthly themes. It doesn’t necessarily have to be related to the theme, sometimes I just add quotes that inspire me. However, for this month, I decided to go with my theme. Well, I think the word “summer” on its own is enough to make me feel inspired. (HAHA)
Summer Goals
Every season, I create a dedicated goal spread. This summer, I plan to focus on my indoor garden and DIY projects at home. Hopefully, I’ll be able to finish it in time. (*fingers crossed*)
Brain Dump
This is my favorite spread to scribble my thoughts and empty my brain. As the name suggests, this is literally my “brain dump”.
Tracker
For some reason, I’ve been having a lot of trouble sleeping this month. I don’t know why but my mind is just so awake. Well, actually it’s too awake and sometimes I’m up until 5 am. Yes, it’s pretty bad!
This tracker helps me monitor my sleeping hours so that I can fix my schedule.
Goodbye Page
This month went by like a breeze. WOW.
Here is my goodbye page for July 2020.
These are my fruity summer bullet journal spreads and I hope I was able to help you find the inspiration you need to create your summer theme. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send me a message on Pinterest or Instagram. I would love to hear from you. Till next time!
Happy Planning!
